Muscat - His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has issued three Royal Decrees. Royal Decree 7/2013 attaching the Office of His Majesty the Sultan's Advisor for Economic Planning Affairs to the Diwan of Royal Court.
Article one: To attach the office of His Majesty the Sultan's
Advisor for Economic Planning Affairs to the Diwan of Royal Court.
Article two: All laws in force at the Diwan of Royal Court shall apply to the Office of His Majesty the Sultan's Advisor for Economic Planning Affairs and its employees.
Article three: The decree cancels all that contradicts with this Decree or contravenes with its provisions.
Article four: The Decree comes into force from the next day of its publishing.
Royal Decree 8/2013 appointing non-resident ambassador
Article one: Appoints Sheikh Humaid bin Ali bin Sultan al Maani, sultanate's ambassador to France, as the sultanate's plenipotentiary non-resident ambassador to Portugal.
Article two: The Decree comes into force from its date of issue.
Royal Decree 9/2013 issuing first class licence to Al Madakhil Investment LLC for the establishment and operation of a system for the provision of general marine telecommunication services.
Article one: Issuing first class licence to Al Madakhil Investment LLC for the establishment and operation of a system for the provision of general marine telecommunication services.
Article two: The Decree comes into force from its date of issue.
