MUSCAT -- Grand Hyatt Muscat was once again nominated for -- and won -- the title of 'Best Business Hotel in Muscat' at the Business Traveller Middle East Awards ceremony held recently in Dubai. This glittering occasion is held every year around the time of the Arabian Travel Market, the largest exposition of its kind in the region. Richard Turner, Director of Sales and Marketing -- Grand Hyatt Muscat, accepted the award on behalf of the hotel. Business Traveller Middle East influences a large number of people who travel to and within this region.
Patrick Iserlohe, General Manager of Grand Hyatt Muscat, said, "We are honoured that the readers of this prestigious magazine voted us winners of this award as they truly are the epitome of our target customer group. It is particularly gratifying to note that we have won the award for five consecutive years, as this validates our efforts to maintain consistency in our product and service standards. Our success would not have been possible without the support we receive from corporate establishments in the city, with whom we have an excellent relationship."
"Our team will use this accolade as further motivation to exceed our ongoing customer-focused goals. We are also pleased to be part of the government's endeavour to promote Oman, not only as a unique and fascinating tourism destination, but also as an exciting and comprehensive meeting and travel destination."
