MUSCAT — After the introduction of Smart Card, Oman Arab Bank (OAB) has another first for its customers — the Cash Deposit Machine.
Open 24 hours, it is useful for depositing cash instantly, paying all types of utility bills and settling Visa credit card dues for the convenience of customers.
This eliminates the need for waiting in queues or visiting the branches or offices during working hours. The Cash Deposit Machine is simple-to-use, reliable and secure. It accepts multiple currencies at a time and verifies bundles of notes. Customers can get their receipts on the spot. There is also the facility for balance enquiry and getting mini statements.
The first Cash Deposit Machine has been installed at its head office in the CBD area. Many more machines will be installed at the branches and leading shopping malls and at prominent locations shortly.
