MUSCAT -- The Capital Market Authority (CMA) will hold an economic seminar entitled Opportunities And Challenges Facing Joint Stock Companies at Grand Hyatt Muscat Hotel on February 18.
The seminar, held in co-operation with Talal Abu Ghazala Group, comes within the context of Oman's joining the WTO. It will be opened by Mohammed bin Nassir al Khusaibi, secretary-general of the National Economy Ministry. The seminar will discuss topics relating to the future of joint stock companies in the Arab world. It will also deal with domestic matters such as the laws and regulations of the Capital Market sector and pertinent international agreements.
