Israeli occupation forces early Wednesday imposed a military siege on Beit Qad village east of the West Bank city of Jenin.

Palestinian sources said that the Israeli forces imposed a strict military siege after raiding the village and setting up military checkpoints at its entrances.

The forces also raided the city of Hebron and stormed Bani Na'im town eastern Hebron, Yatta in the south and Halhul in the north and installed military checkpoints. Meanwhile, the Israeli troops demolished three artesian water wells eastern Jenin.
