DOHA: The Land Real Estate Development Company (The Land) has announced the launch of Porto Vista, a 20-storey residential luxury tower set in an outstanding location on one of the The Pearl-Qatar's most spectacular spots.
Addressing the media here yesterday, the Land Qatar's Director of Sales and Marketing, Hussian Fakhri, confirmed the signing of an exclusive sales and marketing agreement with leading global realtor Qatar Sotheby's International Realty, adding that Porto Vista Tower sales will reach an international investor network spanning more than 38 countries.
"The Porto Vista will have a total of 261 units. We are looking forward for QR2m to QR10m for each unit in different portfolios", Fakhri said.
The impressive architectural design of the 20-storey residential tower is motivated by the unrivalled position of Porto Vista. "Our inspiration for this project comes from the spectacular surroundings and unsurpassed views offered by Porto Vista Tower, the site location, the enveloping waterfront location in one of the world's most magnificent land developments, the Pear-Qatar", he said.
Porto Vista Tower, meaning 'view of the port', features one, two and three-bedroom apartment and penthouses, with each master bedroom having an exclusive spa-bath, thoughtfully planned space and utilities, and elegantly designed interiors. In addition, the tower will have parking and amenities at six levels, laundry service, mail collection and delivery, security, state-of-the-art IT facilities, and 24-hour concierge facilities. The Tower has a total of 261 units.
"Porto Vista Tower is a spectacular world-class development targeted at an affluent international clientele, blending Arabian culture with European sophistication", Fakhri added.
Fakhri said The Land has a total of 17 towers in the Pearl-Qatar. It's investment in Qatar would come to about $2bn. During 2009, it will be announcing more projects.
"We are proud to collaborate with such a reputable and serious developer as The Land. Their vision on developments is outstanding", said Carlos Calderon Sund, General Manager, Sales and Marketing, Qatar Sotheby's International Reality.
