MUSCAT: Nawras has launched a new service to help customers easily find information under the five categories of products and services, Nawras Rewards, international roaming, valued-added services (VAS) and general enquiries. Available in both Arabic and English, this new service is easily accessible by simply sending a free SMS with the keyword Nawras to 1500.
All members of Nawras can locate any details they would like by selecting the category they are interested in, and sending the keyword to 1500, as listed in the response message they receive.
Adnan Idress, Nawras customer relationship manager, said: "We have realised that our customers would benefit from a tool to help them obtain useful information about the many facets of being a Nawras customer. The 1500 SMS service is conveniently available always, so our customers can use it wherever they may be at any time. This is a quick way to find out more about the service and excellent quality that ensures our customers always get more."
Viewing the options shown under the VAS category for example, customers can select from Rannati, SMS to TV, prayer time notification, MSM stock alerts and Al Arabiya news. After sending the keyword for the chosen service, a full description will be received by return together with details of prices, where applicable. Nawras Rewards programme gives offers and discounts for all customers, grouped under dining, services and specialist products, automotive, entertainment and lifestyle, in the new 1500 information channel. By taking advantage of these partnerships all customers have the opportunity to save amounts equivalent to their monthly mobile phone bill!
