Morocco and France will improve co-operation in the fight against terrorism, drug trafficking and organized crime, Interior Minister Chakib Benmoussa and his French counterpart, Brice Hortefeux, announced in a joint statement on Monday (September 28th) in Rabat.
Terrorism is a challenge "not only for the two countries, but also for North Africa and Europe", the ministers said, adding that they would speed the exchange of information between their respective security services. They also discussed cyber crime, video protection, airport security and administrative fraud, MAP reported.
