Abu Dhabi, 29th July 2014 (WAM) - Vice President and Prime Minister of the U.A.E. and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the U.A.E. Armed Forces, received today Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of Emirates, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers, at Al Mushrif Palace, on the occasion of the advent of Eid Al Fitr.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed welcomed Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers; Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi of Sharjah, Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi of Ajman, Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi of Fujairah, Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla of Umm Al Qaiwain, Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi of Ras al-Khaimah.

Present were H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region, Mohammed Ahmed Al Murr, Speaker of Federal National Council (FNC), and H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor.

Meanwhile, the Vice President and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi also receivedH.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Qaiwain, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Deputy Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras al-Khaimah, and a number of Sheikhs and senior officials.

The leaders exchanged warm wishes for Eid, praying Allah Almighty to return the occasion with goodness, welfare and prosperity for the U.A.E. and its people.

In the presence of the rulers and crown princes, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed also accepted Eid greetings from members of the Federal National Council, ministers, members of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, and top officials.

The leaders, other Sheikhs and senior officials extended heart-felt congratulations to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the advent of Eid Al Fitr, supplicating to Allah to revisit the occasion on His Highness with many years full of good health, and to guide his path to achieve progress and glory for the U.A.E. and its people. They also expressed their deep pride at the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa and his prudent policy in propelling the U.A.E. into glory and consolidating its effective role and standing at regional, Arab and international levels.
