The Mohammad Bin Rashid awards for small and medium enterprises to be bestowed on April 5 will this year cover the entire Arab world.
Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, chairman of the Mohammad Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Leaders, said the awards will honour the best commercial projects in the Arab world, and also the best businessman and woman.
He said the award is designed to encourage young entrepreneurs to adopt quality.
He declared that the establishment will render all possible support for young national businessmen to enter the world of business.
Abdul Basit Al Janahi, CEO of the establishment, said that the best commercial Arab project for the 2005 award will be bestowed on any Arab male or female owning a private project in his home country.
The award categories include the best projects in industry, information technology, tourism, health care, services, marketing, promotion, consultancy, education, design, retailer trade, and real estate.
