MUSCAT -- Mohammed al Toobi, Under Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, has formally opened the Platinum, the first of its kind hotel in the region, to guests to their traditional Moghul heritage-themed ambience and to a whole lot of experience of fine-living.
Located in Al Khuweir, this four-star hotel is quite distinctive in its very adherence to Islamic principles and to the delicious intercontinental cuisine in the cozy traditional Moghul setting. It will also boast of ultra modern luxuries with the well-known Omani hospitality in the heart of Muscat.
With eighty five magnificently appointed rooms - "Executive" & "Deluxe" and ultra luxurious suites - "Royal" & "Presidential", and with private jacuzzi suites, The Platinum will reflect unblemished luxury and is equipped to give the yearning visitors complete comfort with a touch of personalised service.
Each room is equipped with an array of amenities that include international direct dialing telephone (IP Telephony); Hi Speed Wi-Fi Internet facilities; 32" LCD TV with IPTV; Video on Demand (VOD) & Internet Browsing through the TV.
