The Automotive Division of Mohsin Haider Darwish has been awarded as an 'Excellent Distributor' by BYD Auto during the '2013 BYD Overseas Auto Distributor Conference' in China.
The award was received by David Aziz, CEO- Automotive Products, MHD LLC from Chuanfu Wang, chairman and CEO of BYD. Stella Li, VP, BYD was also present during the presentation ceremony.
Only five distributors out of a total of 60 from across the world were honored with the award.
All the distributor's attending the conference were also briefed on BYD's global development strategies and the cutting edge technologies being incorporated in the new vehicles being launched by BYD Auto.
Aziz also made a presentation about the role MHD LLC has played in bringing the BYD brand to the Sultanate of Oman.
The presentation was highly appreciated by the delegates from all the BYD distributors across the globe.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. David Aziz said: "We signed on with BYD in the year 2009 and the brand forms a very important aspect of our 'Volume' business wherein we have significantly improved the acceptance levels for Chinese automotive products in the sultanate."
