   Press Release  Appointmentsto Maroc Telecom's Supervisory and Management BoardsMaroc Telecom's Supervisory Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Jean-Franois Dubos asmember of the Supervisory Board, in replacement of Mr. Jean-Bernard Lvy.  The Board also appointed Mr. Jean-Ren Fourtou as Vice-Chairman. Mr. Fourtou is already a memberof Maroc Telecom's Supervisory Board and the Chairman of Vivendi's Supervisory Board.   Mr. Dubos joined the Gnrale des Eaux Group (subsequently Vivendi) in 1991. He served as GeneralCounsel of the Group before being appointed Chairman of Vivendi's Management Board on June 28,2012. The Supervisory Board has also appointed Mr. Laurent Mairot as member of Maroc Telecom'sManagement Board, in replacement of Mr. Arnaud Castille. Mr. Mairot will serve as Chief FinancialOfficer. After working as Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions at Vivendi Net, and then as CorporateVice President, Business Strategy and Development for Vivendi's Media and Video Games division,Mr. Mairot was appointed Vice President, Budgeting, Planning and Internal Audit at Vivendi, andVice President, Accounting and Internal Audit for Group holdings.Mr. Mairot, forty-four years old, holds a master's degree (DESS) in international taxation andfinance from the University of Lille II, a degree in financial analysis, and has participated inthe INSEAD executive program.
