DUBAI, Aug 25th, 2010: H.H Sheikh Mansour Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, on Tuesday, witnessed the contests of Dubai International Holy Quran Award (DIHQA) where seven participants competed on the fourth day of the 14th edition of the contest.
Also present at the contests were Fazlullah Mumtaz, Cultural Advisor at the Afghan Embassy and Mas'oud Tawm, Consul Assistant at the Algerian Embassy. Mumtaz and Twam praised the Award for providing an opportunity for contestants from all over the world. They also expressed appreciation of efforts of Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who sponsors the contest in service of Islam and the Holy Quran.
