LULU International Exchange launched its Future Leaders Programme to train its Bahraini employees to take on senior leadership roles.

The programme will help select employees gain new skills and become proficient in various aspects of operations such as customer service, anti-money laundering and branch administration.

“The curriculum is tailored to suit the fast-evolving nature of corporate management values, and we are confident that the programme will help all participants grow into better professionals,” said managing director Adeeb Ahamed.

The company’s general manager Edison Fernandez added that learning and development is crucial for the company to stay resilient in these challenging times.
