BEIRUT, June 30 (Reuters) - Lebanon's army said on Thursday it had foiled two planned terrorist attacks on a major tourist site and a crowded area, state media reported.

The attacks were being planned by Islamic State, and five people involved including the mastermind were arrested, an army statement quoted by the National News Agency said.
