United Arab Emirates-based Lamprell said today it has won fabrication and refurbishment deals worth a total of $33 million.

Lamprell said it has won a deal worth $8.86 million for the procurement, fabrication and assembly of process modules for Kanfa's Knock Allan conversion project for the Fred Olsen Production Knock Allan tanker.

The vessel is to be installed as a floating production, storage and offloading facility off Gabon, West Africa, and will provide process storage and offloading facilities for CNR International on the Olowi field.

Lamprell has also won contracts valued at $13.9 million for the fabrication of topside process modules, a quarters extension and a disconnectable riser buoy designed by Scana for use on DP Producer's Deep Producer dynamically positioned FPSO. Lamprell said delivery is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.

Meanwhile, Lamprell has won jack-up rig refurbishment deals worth $5.7 million for the Saipem rig Perro Negro 2, the Noble Drilling rig Kenneth Delaney and the Aban rig Aban 7.

Lamprell also won an offshore rig upgrade award worth $4.25 million from Nabors Drilling International for modifications and repairs to its rig 145, now renamed the 867.
