Abu Dhabi: Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Minister of Presidential Affairs and the President of Al Jazira Sports and Cultural Club, has appointed the members of the Organising Committee of Shaikh Mansour International Ladies Volleyball Championship, to be held in December 15-20.
The event to be held at Al Jazira indoor stadium, will feature some of the top ranked teams in the world and aims spread the game in the UAE.
Major General Mohammad Hilal Al Ka'abi will head the committee which also features: Dr. Abdullah Abdul Karim, vice-chairman, Abdul Razzag Al Jassem, the Executive Director of the club as tournament director, Samiyah Mirza Shaheen, assistant tournament director, Amer Salmeen, Chairman of the Referees Committee, Khalid Mohammad Sulaiman, Chairman Media Committee, Dr. Hamad Abdullah, Chairman Medical Committee, Ahmad Mohammad Al Hantoobi, Chairman Security Committee, Abdul Aziz Abdullah Khory, Chairman Public Relations Committee, Ammar Ali Basil, Chairman Marketing Committee, Majdi Shahata, Chairman Financial Committee and Mustafa Al Rufa'ai, Chairman of Secretariate Committee.
