KUWAIT: The Kuwait Industry Exhibition is being currently held in Hall 4B at the Kuwait International Fairgrounds from March 27 - April 5 2008. The exhibition is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry that always encourages and supports Kuwait's industry through holding such exhibitions. All local manufacturing companies and factories are given the opportunity to compete and exhibit their high-end quality products at this exhibition.
The Public Authority for Industry (PAI) also encourages the participation and offers its unstinted support to all local producers. "This exhibition is the pride of the Kuwaiti industry. Through this encouragement and support, the PAI is now in the process of executing new projects serving the Kuwait industry. We also work on eliminating the obstacles that the local producers face. Kuwait will also witness the construction of new industrial areas very soon." said Dr Ali Al-Mudhaf, General Director of PAI. The Kuwaiti industry is fast progressing where many residents are not even aware of the various products manufactured in Kuwait. All those interested in witnessing a wide range of Kuwaiti products can avail of the opportunity by visiting the Kuwait Industry Exhibition.
An impressive selection of Kuwaiti products are lined up for display at the exhibition from foodstuff (biscuits, chocolates, cold cuts, nuts, sweets etc.), to heavy industry equipment such as metal accessories and coolers. Other domestic items on display include entire ranges of bathroom accessories and decor, bed linen, detergents, paper products, paints, potted plants, plastic items, perfumes, shampoos, towels, car oils as well as many other useful products all manufactured in Kuwait. The exhibition is open to visitors daily in the mornings and evenings.
