KUWAIT: Under the auspices and attendance of the Touristic Enterprises Company's Managing Director and Deputy Chairman of the Board, Khalid Abdullah Al-Ghanim, various TEC officials and campers, TEC recently opened its first desert spring camp. The ceremony started with the cutting of a cake that had been specially prepared by the best chefs from Al-Khairan Resort.
Speaking on the occasion, Al-Ghanim said that the camp had been organized to help strengthen the bonds among TEC officials, their families and guests. He also said that further suggestions would always be considered and welcome in providing the best environment for all company employees where they could spend joyful and fruitful recreational times while socializing at the camp. "This will be positively and surely echoed in their performances," he added. Many recreational programs were presented for both children and adults alike at the camp, featuring cartoon characters, face painting and various other sports activities.
Also speaking on the occasion, TEC's PR and Marketing Manager, Huda Al-Saleh expressed her gratitude to all participants and especially to Al-Ghanim for being so keen on attending the camp's opening ceremony with the staff. she also said that the TEC camp would continue receiving all TEC employees, their families as well as campers from the public on a daily basis from 9 am to 8 pm until Saturday, February 9 2008.
