His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah met Sunday in Jeddah with Saudi's King Abdullah bin Al-Abdulaziz Al-Saud. During the meeting, which was attended by Saudi's Crown Prince, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Air Force and General Inspector Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the two leaders exchanged cordial talk that reflected the strong relations between the two countries. They also discussed issues of mutual concern, as well as regional and international developments. Earlier, the Amir was bid farewell at Kuwait airport by His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Acting National Assembly Speaker Dr Mohammad Mohsen Al-Busairi, members of the ruling family, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and state officials.

The Amir is being accompanied by Deputy Chief of National Guard Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amiri Diwan Advisor Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, President of the National Security Apparatus Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and Finance Minister Bader Mishari Al-Humaidhi. His Highness the Amir's delegation also includes Director of the Citizens Service and Government Bodies Assessment Agency Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Director of His Highness the Amir's Office Ahmad Fahad Al-Fahad, Head of Amiri Protocol Sheikh Khalid Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah Al-Nasser Al-Sabah, Foreign Undersecretary Khalid Sulaiman Al-Jarallah, undersecretaries, and top state officials.
