ABU DHABI, June 17 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Ice Hockey National team on Tuesday continued achieving good results in the first Arab Championship for Ice Hockey, currently held here and will last until June 20th, overcoming the Moroccan team 6-3.
By this win, Kuwaiti players attained their second victory in the tournament after winning yesterday against Algeria with a pounding result of 8-0.
The Kuwaiti team is to go against the host team of the UAE to determine first place in the overall ranking of the championship.
The sport event is organized by the Abu Dhabi Sports' Council in cooperation with the Emirates' Ice Hockey Society and teams from Kuwait, Morocco, Algeria and the UAE participating.
