Ramallah - Far-right Knesset Member Moshe Feiglin on Monday attempted to break into Haram Al Sharif compound in occupied Jerusalem, before Muslim worshipers, Jerusalemites and students forced him the leave the area, according to Palestinian sources.
The sources said that today's attempt comes after an Israeli soldier kicked and stepped on the Glorious Quran in Al-Aqsa mosque yesterday, causing outrage in the area.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces moved into the West Bank cities of Qalqilia, Jenin, Beitlehem and Ramallah in an almost daily search and arrest campaigns, in which dozens of Palestinians are rounded up under unjustified pretexts.
