Kharafi National, a leading infrastructure project developer in the wastewater treatment, reclamation and district cooling sectors, has been awarded the contract to develop infrastructure network at Kaft industrial zone in the governorate of Qena in Egypt.
 
The scope of work includes setting up of water network, fire safety infrastructure and electricity and communication network, said a statement from Kharafi National.
 
The agreement was signed by Engineer Elia Saber, the Executive Director of Kharafi National in the presence of the Egyptian Prime Minister Dr Mustafa Madbouly at the headquarters of the Council of Ministers.
 
Three other agreements were also signed between the Industrial Development Authority and the construction companies for industrial zones in Qena and Sohag, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
