KUWAIT -- Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry's (KCCI) committee for public projects and housing held a meeting Monday with representatives from Kuwait Banking Association (KBA), discussing the impact of the global credits crisis on the financing sector.
A statement by KCCI said that the meeting focused on means to lessen the impact of the global crisis on financing construction projects.
The statement added that KBA and KCCI would work together and forward their proposals to the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) to look in the matter.
