Kafa'a Maintenance and Operation Co., an affiliate of Al-Sadhan Trading Group, begins the implementation of an agreement concluded with Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) for recruitment and training of young Saudis in various jobs. This step comes in the framework of its efforts to promote Saudization. Both Ahmed Al-Ghamedi, Riyadh branch manager, on behalf of HRDF, and Kamal Al-Diri, Kafa'a general manager, signed the agreement in the capital.
Al-Diri said that this step comes in line with the company's strategy and efforts to support the government's policies in resettlement of jobs, and contribution to community service. The company is keen on the implementation of the agreement prior to its renewal date, and hopes to conclude another agreement very soon with HRDF for resettlement of jobs in accordance with the company's expansion plans.
