Jet Aviation has expanded its business aviation training with Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT) by signing a new contracts for Gulfstream IV, V and G550 pilot training programme at ECFT's facilities in Dubai.
Jet Aviation has also renewed its contract for B737 Boeing Business Jet training with Emirates-CAE.
It will conduct its pilot training with CAE for Gulfstream IV (including G300 and G400) and Gulfstream V (including G500 and G550) in addition to the 737 BBJ aircraft family fleet.
ECFT will offer its new training programme for the G550 business jet, the most recent version of the Gulfstream V aircraft family, beginning in Autumn.
Shaikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, chairman of the Emirates Group and chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation, signed the contract with Heinz Köhli, chief executive of Jet Aviation Group of Companies.
Shaikh Ahmad said: "I am very pleased to welcome Jet Aviation once again to use Emirates-CAE Flight Training for its pilot training. "The renewal of this contract with a business aircraft operator of the calibre of Jet Aviation reaffirms the high standard of training and support offered by our Dubai-based facility to customers worldwide."
ECFT is jointly operated by Emirates and Canada-based CAE under a long-term teaming agreement.
