Pakistan religious leader on Thursday said that Iran's important role in finding peaceful solution to the issue of Syria cannot be ignored.
Talking to IRNA, Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, Senior vice president of National Solidarity Council and Chief of Tahreek Nizhat-e-Jaferia asked western states to quit the path of partial politics and solve the issue of Syria with the cooperation of Iran.
He said that Arab countries and international community must give importance to the Iranian stance on the situation of Syria.
Expressing his views, President Shia Ulema Council (SUC) said that world community would definitely find a solution to the problem of Syria with the cooperation of Iran.
Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi said that awakening in Muslim Ummah is a reality which has spread to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
He said that governments of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait would not be able to suppress the awakening movements through conspiracies.
'Saudi Arabia and Kuwait must take decisions according to the wishes of their people,' he opined.
'We strongly support the awakening movements in Muslim world,' said chief of Tahreek Nizhat-e-Jaferia.
Religious leader noted that awakening movements are against the interference of West and pro American despotic rulers. He warned West not to take advantage of the situation of Arab states.
The SUC chief said Iran has always played an active role for the rights of Ummah.
He praised the efforts of Iran for holding international conference on 'Women and Islamic Awakening'. He prayed for the success of the conference.
Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi welcomed the presence of women in Islamic awakening movements.
