Baku - Iranian Ambassador to Baku Mohsen Pakaeen in a meeting on Monday with Head of Azerbaijan Religious Committee Elshad Eskandarev reviewed the two countries' religious cooperation.
Baku - Iranian Ambassador to Baku Mohsen Pakaeen in a meeting on Monday with Head of Azerbaijan Religious Committee Elshad Eskandarev reviewed the two countries' religious cooperation.
The two sides underlined the necessity of holding religious forums and seminars with the participation of the two countries' elites, thinkers, researchers and religious preachers.
Pakaeen extended the invitation on behalf of the Head of Iran's Islamic Culture and Relations Organization Mohammad Baqer Khorramshad to Alexanderev to pay an official visit to Iran.
Alexanderev appreciated the invitation and promised to travel to Iran at an appropriate time.
He also invited Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini to pay an official visit to Azerbaijan Republic to participate in an forum themed "Government and Politics" in Baku in late November.
