Intercontinental Hotels Group has launched new residential suites in the heart of Qatar's business hub.
The launch coincides with the opening of its new hotel, InterContinental Doha The City in the Qatari capital's West Bay.
The 176 fully-furnished residence suites are located between floors four and 26 of the 58-storey hotel tower and offer spectacular views of the sea, the city, the grand mosque and beyond, giving residents different perspectives on Doha.
Residents of the InterContinental Residence Suites Doha The City will benefit from a private entrance, lobby and reception area, housekeeping, 24-hour room service, security-controlled car parking and the use of the hotel's concierge facilities, said David Todd, the hotel's general manager.
All suites feature fully-equipped kitchens, Wifi Internet access and dedicated parking spaces.
Added amenities for residents include access to the hotel's eight restaurants and lounges, a convenience store, an open-air rooftop swimming pool, health and fitness club, whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms, all located on-site.
Residents can choose from one, two, three or four bedrooms.
"Moving cities can be a stressful time and, with the opening of our residence suites, we are able to offer complete peace of mind for anyone relocating to Doha," Todd said.
"Our team of professionals can help to ensure a smooth transition and offer residents all the help they may need with settling in to their new home."
