Menu-Safe is a HACCP system developed for the hospitality industry by food safety experts, microbiologists, psychologists and chefs and is acclaimed to be the world's most innovative and cost-effective system that allows the businesses to achieve international standards.
Thirteen senior chefs from the hotel had attended the Menu-Safe management training with the Food Safety Consultancy in Muscat and successfully implemented the system following which the rest of the outlets in the hotel commenced the implementation of the same.
