IFA Hotels and Resorts, a subsidiary of Kuwait-based International Financial Advisors (IFA), is to showcase its remaining apartments on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah at Kuwait's Top Expo 2004 exhibition this month.
"Top Expo will give us the opportunity to present our Al Nabat and Al Haseer residential towers on The Palm Jumeirah to the lucrative Kuwait market," said Omar Al Rash-eed, sales manager for IFA Hotels and Resorts.
This high profile real estate, investment and building exhibition, will be held at the Kuwait Regency Palace Hotel from April 19 to 23.
IFA Hotels and Resorts is selling the twin residential towers Palm Residence - Al Nabat and Al Haseer, with some 246 apartments in all, of which less than 20 remain on the inventory. Heavy international demand has seen prices rise by almost a third in the past six months.
The freehold Palm Residence apartments, which sell for around $320,000 to $1.5 million for penthouses, will have stunning marina and ocean views, iconic architecture, luxurious interior design and their own private beach club.
IFA Hotels and Resorts will shortly appoint an international five-star hospitality operator to manage the prestigious Palm Residence apartments and provide a range of exclusive services, including apartment servicing, housekeeping and maintenance, rental administration systems, condominium management and owners' association, clubhouse management, services and security.
"While there is competition in the market, IFA's properties are preferred because of the sales package which includes a repayment guarantee, rental administration and the management services," said Rasheed.
At Top Expo, IFA Hotels and Resorts will also present its new Yacht Ownership Club.
Sold on a weekly basis per year for a five year period, timeshare ownership provides a carefree yachting experience.
This is a flexible programme that means if owners don't wish to use their week, they can enter into an exchange programme with IFA Yacht Ownership Club or have the yacht chartered out on their behalf.
The Palm developments and Yacht Ownership Club are part of the IFA Hotels and Resorts strategy to develop an international network of luxury tourist destinations.
With properties in Portugal, Zanzibar, Zimbali in South Africa, a planned resort in Lebanon and properties on The Palm Jumeirah, IFA Hotels and Resorts will offer tourists in Europe, the Middle East and Africa a unique international network of superior hotels.
