BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Turkish new premier Ahmet Dawood Oglu congratulated his Iraqi counterpart for the new post, announcing that he will visit Baghdad soon to start new phase of bilateral relations.

Iraqi a-Turkish relations witnessed sort of tensions during the past few years, during ex-premier Nouri ala-Maliki.
