Abu Dhabi: Hydra Properties, a subsidiary of the Royal Group, yesterday unveiled model villas at Hydra Village.
They are expected to give investors a better understanding of their future homes at the self-contained and upscale residential village in the vicinity of Abu Dhabi.
A series of scheduled visits have commenced for investors to view the model villas at Hydra Village. Potential home owners are being accorded a guided tour of the premises by a dedicated customer service team between 9am and 6pm daily.
Ali Bin Sulayem, chief executive of Hydra Properties, said: "We are fully committed to delivering our projects in compliance with the timelines that have been set.
"We also remain steadfast in our customer-centric approach that places our investors' satisfaction as our top priority. Earlier this year, we promised the Hydra Village would be ready for site visits in August. Today, we are delighted to announce that we have fulfilled our promise."
"All the visitors have expressed approval over the progress achieved so far. They are also delighted with our endeavour to offer more clarity on the project that has allowed them to gain a closer perspective of the development."
The Hydra Properties' initiative to set up a state-of-the-art call centre is part of its strategy to better connect with its customers.
The trained and well-informed executives at the centre are geared to address all queries from investors while eliminating any concerns on the progress of development.
