The Human Resources Development Fund, Banking and Financial Sector (HRDF) to introduce the Professional Diploma in Marketing for the employees of the financial sector in the first-quarter of 2008 with cooperation with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK.
Nada introduced the fund, its activities and programmes, numbers of sponsored candidates and future plans. Keith Barlow, Project Director, Middle East of CIM, explained details of the programme for the invitees representing the financial institutions and clarified the structure and duration of the programme which will be 12 to 14 months and will have the full support from the HRDF and CIM for the candidates. The HRDF is an initiative to bridge the skills gap in the financial sector.
