SEOUL (Dow Jones)--South Korea's GS Engineering & Construction Corp. (00636.SE) said Monday that it has been awarded a $520 million contract for works at the Ruwais refinery expansion project by Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Co., or Takreer.
Takreer is a unit of Abu Dhabi National Oil Co.
The South Korean builder didn't provide further details on the deal but said in a regulatory filing that the project is aimed at building marine facilities and is one of the projects it has received from Takreer over the past weeks.
The company also said it will release further details on the deal later on.
