JEDDAH -- Greenline Interiors (GLI), a member of the Greenline Group, has been awarded the interiors fit-out works of the 5-star Fairmont Hotel located at Business Gate, Riyadh, strengthening its presence in Saudi Arabia, the GCC region's largest emerging hospitality market.

The contract comprises of (301) King, Twin, Two-Bay, Four-Bay suites, royal suites, presidential suite, Gold lounge, corridors and lift lobbies.

Greenline Interiors was also awarded the FF&E works package including loose furniture and soft furnishings. Designed by LW design, a king suite mock-up that was built in GLI premises has allowed for the collaborative work between client, designer, operator, and contractor to achieve the desired interiors final product.

GLI's project portfolio in the Kingdom includes, among others, the Royal Family Rawda Palace and Princess Norah Bint Abdul Rahman University (PNU) - the world's largest campus covering an area of over 8 million square meters.

Having established presence in Saudi market, GLI has now reinforced its foothold in the Kingdom with the latest awarded contract. Sources in GLI have spoken of upcoming projects in the pipeline that are yet to be announced that will surely transform GLI into one of the biggest players in the Saudi interior design and fit-out market.
