Abu Dhabi, Dec. 16th, 2006 (WAM) - The National Elections Committeetoday announced the final results of the country's first elections toselect half of the Federal National Council members.

In Abu Dhabi, Mohammed Mohammed Ali Fadhil Al Hameli, Ahmed ShabibMohammed Al Dhaheri, Amal Abdullah Juma Karam Al Qubaisi and Rashid MusabahAl Kindi Al Marrar were declared winners.

In Fujairah, Sultan Ahmed Danakhani and Ahmed Saeed Al Danakhani sweptto landslide wins.
