KUWAIT, Dec 11 (KUNA) -- Head of the organization of (Kuwaiti parliamentarians against corruption) MP Saleh Al-Fadhalah on Tuesday reiterated here on Tuesday that the process of fighting corruption and corrupts "is not easy" and requires the cooperation of everyone and especially that anti-corruption efforts still remain much lower than the war waged by the corrupts to break the laws and regulations in force.

Al-Fadhalah said in a press conference held in the presence of the Secretary General of the organization of (Arab parliamentarians against corruption) "We are fighting an enemy who is more powerful than us, therefore, this would not prevent us from fighting the corrupt"

He added that this responsibility "is not easy at all and requires concerted efforts of all governmental and parliamentary institutions to face and stand against the corrupt.

He revealed that a national conference would be held in the near future to discuss corruption strategy approved by the mother organization and has been translated into English.

He recalled the dialogues and discussions initiated by the Kuwaiti Organization and "shuttle tours" to Tanzania, Yemen, Bahrain and the Dead Sea in Jordan where they were holding conferences attended by the signatories of the Convention against Corruption.
