DUBAI - EMC, the world leader in information storage systems, software, networks and services, is set to capture market in Egypt by associating with Giza Systems, the leading Egyptian IT provider, as its first incountry partner in the North Africa region.
This deal will give EMC the opportunity to delve further into the Egyptian market with the assistance of Giza systems on-the-ground support as Giza systems can offer its extensive customer base a comprehensive range of EMC's hardware, software and networking storage solutions.
Companies in Egypt face a number of storage and information management challenges, ranging from effective organisation of the thousands of e-mails they receive every day, to devising bulletproof back-up of procedures that ensures they can recover critical information in the event of a system failure or other unplanned downtime.
