Rabat, August 25, 2007 (WAM):Emaar Morocco, the whollyowned subsidiary of Emaar Properties,UAE has finalised the master planfor its Tinja resort, which forms part of the USD5.3bn agreement the companysigned last year with the Moroccan government.

The 30m sqft Tinja, located near the city of Tangiers,will offer 2,500 homes as well as an array of amenities including a beachclub, town centre, hotels, sports club and retail outlets.

A ceremony was held in Rabat yesterday to launch themarketing of Tinja project.

With this, Emaar is strengthening its presence in Moroccanproperty market where it is executing six major projects at a total costof Dhs.24 billion.
