DPS had some nervous and anxious moment before victory smiled at them. With this win, DPS has entered the quarter finals.

EESS responded to the target of scoring nearly five runs per over. They started their innings shakily losing opener Karan with just seven runs on the board.

Faisal and captain Kuldeep, steadied the rocking boat with a partnership of 48 runs.

As the EESS had limited batting resources, Kuldeep shifted to top gear and started belting the DPS Dubai bowler all over the park and threatened to take the game away single handedly. As the team inched closer to their targer, Kuldeep ran out of gas. Kuldeep (57) was stumped out while going for a might swipe in the last ball of the innings, with the score reading 97 for 6 wickets. For EESS, it so near yet so far.
