Dubai: Logistics firm Danzas AEI Emirates said it has received the ISO 14001:2004 environmental management accreditation from SGS, the world's largest verification, testing and certification organisation.

The firm already has an ISO 9001:2000 certification.

"This achievement would not have been possible if not for the total commitment of top management as well as the collective effort of all members of staff," said Greg Olsen, general manager, Danzas AEI Emirates.

Danzas is a joint venture between Al Tayer Group and DHL Management, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post World Net. The group covers air and ocean freight, project forwarding, overland transport, e-business and fourth party logistics.
