CARTHAGE - The Executive Board of the Confederation of Tunisian Citizen Enterprises (CONECT) called, Friday, to opt for sea transport to overcome difficulties related to the situation in Libya and their negative impact on Tunisian exports.

 The Board also addressed, during a meeting with Cretaker President Moncef Marzouki in Carthage, the 2014 supplementary draft finance law, the investment code, development in regions as well as the deterioration of infrastructure in the country (transport and export conditions).

The Caretaker President emphasised the importance of the contribution of Tunisian businessmen to the revival of the national economy and the promotion of investment and employment, a statement of the Presidency of the Republic reads.
