Idleb/Sweida (SANA) Locals of Ariha city in Idleb staged a solidarity stand at the city's main square on Thursday to show support to the army.
The participants waved flags and chanted slogans extolling the martyrs and emphasizing commitment to national unity, as well as rejection of foreign meddling in Syria's domestic affairs.
They saluted the Syrian army which is battling terrorists across the country, expressing confidence in Syria's inevitable victory over terrorism.
Popular activities in Sweida in support of army
In the same context, several activities titled "A Homeland's Tent" were organized Thursday at the ancient square in Shahba city in Sweida.
The participants renewed allegiance to the homeland and support to the Syrian army in the war against terrorism.
Sheikh Kamil Nassr, member of the Levant Scholars' Union, said the activities are a token of tribute to the Syrian army for its sacrifices in the war against takfiris to ward off strife and sedition.
