"The Kurdish region is within a great storm of revolutions that call for reform and democracy, which necessitates creating a real state of reform and partnership of all blocs," MP Sardar Abdullah told Aswat al-Iraq.
"The Kurdish people will recede its dignity, freedom and rights," he warned.
Abdullah demanded that "the Kurdish government decide the timing of the reforms, otherwise the opposition will not accept any solutions."
He supported the opposition's rejection to attend the meeting called by President Masoud Barzani, because "it will not attend meetings that do not solve the present crisis.
