BAGHDAD: Wassit MP Hadi al-Yassiri called to allocate part of the German donation to build a new silo in the province to meet its marketing demands.
BAGHDAD: Wassit MP Hadi al-Yassiri called to allocate part of the German donation to build a new silo in the province to meet its marketing demands.
He pointed out that the province was the first in producing cereals, "thus it needs the silo and greater governmental attention to develop it is agricultural production in order to achieve self-sufficiency".
The province occupied the first position in cereals production for the last consecutive years, as he said.
