MUSCAT -- National Gas Company, SAOG, a fully Omani-owned joint stock company, arranged a learning seminar entitled 'Professional Protocol for Enhanced Performance' for its key employees; engineers, managers and senior executives; on September 1 at Haffa House Hotel. This interactive seminar was designed to develop competencies of business relationship building, and creating professional impact and demonstrating globally accepted work standards.

This seminar was implemented with the objective of deepening their awareness of business etiquette and protocol, producing fulfilling professional results and enhancing the quality of service delivery.
The seminar; organised by Hallmark Events and conducted by Carolann Philips, a certified etiquette and protocol consultant; highlighted important life skills, global standards of business conduct and corporate principles. The workshop followed a practical and theoretical methodology and was characterised by an interactive approach.
