Bin Hindi Informatics (BHI) management has recently honoured its staff: Terence Leon, Samsung mobile customer care centre (CCC) supervisor, for his outstanding performance and receiving a Global Service Partner Network (GSPN) award from Samsung Gulf Electronics (SGE) in the best contribution to the GSPN category for the second consecutive year.

The GSPN citation is an annual award granted by SGE for the Middle East and Africa region. The system is established to share knowledge among engineers and also motivate them in developing solutions to support Samsung products in terms of fault rectification and enhancements. A. Aziz bin Hindi, BHI general manager, said: "With the partner-network award, we have proven to be a definite benchmark for the region by developing local solutions, adding value to our personalised approach towards customer care and our mission of continual improvement."
