Better Business (BB), a Jordanian specialized consultancy firm focused on building vibrant services cultures, has recently designed three "Team Retreat" programs for the management and employees of THE Group, which houses the four reputable brands: Cozmo, Bhs, Readers and Hamleys.
A specially designed content that fits the team members' qualifications, strategic direction as well as their needs was tailor-made by Better Business to reinforce the importance of teamwork and team spirit among the staff at THE Group.
